I’m a writer, editor and designer based in Pittsfield, Mass., who has been working in the newspaper industry since 2016.

CURRENT ROLES
Night News Editor at The Berkshire Eagle (January 2023-present)
- I coordinate nightly news coverage, edit and launch news stories to the web and social media, as well as assign daily newspaper pages to our design hub. I also design the daily Berkshires section and the entire Monday e-edition.
- AWARDS: 2nd Place for Best Overall Design and Presentation at the 2023 New England Newspaper & Press Association’s Better Newspaper Competition.

Columnist at The Berkshire Eagle (March 2016-present)
- I write two columns a month for The Eagle. I started as a freelance reporter in March 2016, but I found my niche writing columns.
- AWARDS: 1st Place for Best Commentary at the 2021 NENPA Better Newspaper Competition.
3rd Place for Best Commentary at the 2023 NENPA Better newspaper Competition.
Executive Editor at InReview (June 2018-present)
- I’m the editor/owner of InReviewCritics.com, a small entertainment website focusing on film, television, video game and book reviews and commentary pieces. I manage a team of three other writers as well as occasional contributors. I also manage the site’s TikTok account, which supplements our written reviews.
PAST EXPERIENCE
Weekend News Editor at The Berkshire Eagle (March 2022-January 2023)
- I coordinated weekend news coverage, edited stories and got them up on online and shared on social media, as well as lay out the Monday e-edition. I also assisted with the daily design and copy editing of The Eagle, the Brattleboro Reformer, the Bennington Banner and the Manchester Journal, serving as the lead sports designer for The Eagle.

Editor-in-Chief and Design Editor of The Pegasus, the official alumni magazine of Sigma Chi Beta. (March 2019-March 2023)

- I laid out and copy edit pages of The Berkshire Eagle, the Brattleboro Reformer, the Bennington Banner and the Manchester Journal. I served as the lead sports designer for The Eagle, and was the lead designer for the Monday e-edition when it launched in 2020.
